Services > Business Valuation

No one likes to leave money on the table. Brighton Corporation can help you quantify the true value of your business. To accommodate the varying needs of our clients, we offer two levels of valuation services and reports.
Limited
This report format is best suited for management's use when they require a preliminary indication of their business' value.
Formal
This report includes substantially more detail and analysis than the Limited Report. A Formal Report is best suited for situations where a more precise conclusion is desired. You should consider this approach in matters involving the IRS or if litigation is threatened or pending and the value of the business could become a part of the proceedings.
